How It Works

OEAlert is the first ever application that allows employers to enter their employee details and cross reference it with other employers, no matter the industry or job title. Once you have entered the employee’s information and social security number, our system cross checks the social security number with all numbers that other employers have entered. If it finds a match, it will send both employers an alert email. It also gives both empoyers the ability to confirm that this person is employed with their organization. If they both cofirm, then a confirmation email is sent to both employers.

Note: We do not store social security numbers directly in our database. Instead, they are encrypted and converted to a hash code and compared against each other for security reasons.
